REGULAMIN SKLEPU INTERNETOWEGO MIODNE ŻYCIE
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
- This Regulations sets out the rules for using the Online Store available at the address https://miodnezycie.pl/ (hereinafter "Online Store"), operated by ” BEE Control” Maciej Gintowt ,z siedzibą pod adresem ul. Wojska Polskiego 26, 82-550 Prabuty.

- The Regulations are an integral part of the sales agreement concluded with the Customer.
- Using the Online Store is conditional upon familiarizing yourself with these Regulations and accepting them.
§2 DEFINITIONS
- Business Days – days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Customer – natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality which makes purchases in the Online Store.
- Consumer – Customer being a natural person makinga legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Regulations – these Online Store Regulations.
- Online Store – internet service available at the address https://miodnezycie.pl/through which the Customer can make purchases.
- Product – products presented in the Online Store.
- Sales Agreement – sales agreement for Products within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between Store Owner and the Customer, through the Online Store.
- Order – Customer's statement of intent aimed directly at concluding the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of Products.
§3 ONLINE STORE OFFER
- The Online Store conducts retail sales of honeys and beekeeping products via the Internet.
- All Products offered in the Online Store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced to the Polish market.
- Information about Products provided on the Online Store's website pages, in particular their descriptions, prices and technical parameters, constitutes an invitation to enter into an agreement within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
- Product prices are given in PLN
§4 ORDERS
- Orders can be placed via the Online Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- To place an Order, it is necessary to have an active e-mail account.
- By placing an Order, the Customer submits an offer to purchase a specific Product.
- After placing an Order, the Customer receives an e-mail confirming its acceptance.
- The sales agreement is considered concluded at the moment the Customer receives the e-mail confirming the acceptance of the Order.
§5 PAYMENTS
- The Customer may choose the following payment methods for ordered Products:
- traditional bank transfer to the Store Owner's bank account,
- electronic payment via the online payment system.
- The payment term is 7 days from the date of placing the Order.
- In case of no payment within the deadline, the Store Owner reserves the right to cancel the Order.
§6 DELIVERY
- Product delivery is carried out via courier company or Polish Post.
- The delivery cost is provided to the Customer before placing the Order.
- The delivery time is up to 7 business days from the date of crediting the payment to the store owner's bank account.
§7 WITHDRAWAL FROM AGREEMENT
- The Consumer who has entered into a distance contract may withdraw from it without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the Product.
- Withdrawal from the agreement requires submitting a written statement.
- The Consumer is obliged to return the Product within 14 days from the date of submitting the statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
- The Store Owner will return to the Consumer all payments received from them, including the cost of delivering the Product, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receiving the statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
§8 COMPLAINTS
- The store owner is liable to the Customer if the sold Product has a physical or legal defect (warranty).
- Complaints can be submitted in writing to the Store's address or via email.
- Complaints should contain:
- Customer details (name, surname, correspondence address, e-mail address),
- Order number,
- Product defect description,
- Customer's demand.
- The store owner will process the complaint within 14 days from the date of receipt.
§9 Finalprovisions
- In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other acts shall apply.
- This Regulation comes into force on 13.06.2024.
